HVAC Online make deliveries in Australia via various third party logistics companies.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Payment will be held until your order is confirmed.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday during normal business hours and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the delivery address is attended, or the authority to leave is given. Failure to do so may result in delivery being held until re-delivery fees are paid by the purchaser.
Standard delivery includes hand unload for parcels. Larger deliveries that require tailgate deliveries (no forklift at nominated delivery address) will incur additional delivery charges which will be communicated prior to despatch, with the option to cancel order if required without charge.
Flat rate shipping fees are for standard metropolitan Australian city deliveries. Remote deliveries may incur additional charges which will be communicated prior to despatch.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days.
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require evidence of damage and may require return of the item.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Only items purchased on the HVAC Online website can be returned for refund or exchange, subject to Australian Consumer Law. Change of mind or incorrectly ordered items are subject to refund or replacement at the discretion of HVAC Online, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety. But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received than ordered online contact HVAC Online immediately to discuss replacement of goods.
